"Ive had statefarm now for a year or so and have been so pleased! My rates were down more thank half from my previous insurance and the staff in this office have always been outstanding! Anything I reach out to I get responses fairly quick and its always such great customer service! I recommend paul bartons office! Arlene is amazing and great communication!"

"I recently switched my auto and homeowners insurance to State Farm, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. State Farm has a good reputation and I was contacted by Angela from the office. The service I received was absolutely exemplary—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Even better, I kept the same great coverage but saved over $2,000 a year by making the change! If you haven’t compared your current policies in a while, I highly recommend giving State Farm a look. It’s well worth your time to explore what they offer—you might be surprised at how much you can save. Angela's customer service was incredible and she was extremely helpful!! In addition she has worked at this office for over 20 years and knows the business inside and out. Don't wait to shop around—you could be leaving serious money on the table!"

"I sent out a request for an auto quote and was quickly bombarded with lots of company's I have never heard of and had no idea where they were located. One company's response stood out looking very professional, located locally and had a name I recognized State Farm. I then went on line and checked out their website and other information and that completely sold me. This is the company and the people I want to be involved with. A phone call after that got things going. I received some great help from a well organized specialist quickly supplying me the information and details I need to make my final decision. The quote I received blew me away, much better deal than I currently have so Yes let's get me signed up. Thanks!"

"Kevin Wilson has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! I have been with State Farm in Oregon for a long time, and I recently moved to Denver, and Kevin has been involved long past what was required. I still have rental insurance for tenants in my PDX home, but he has helped with so much more than that, and his replies are always prompt and clear. He has made a stressful move and process so much simpler and I can't thank him enough! Also, I have no relation to Paul Barton despite my last name, so this review is truly as a satisfied customer! thank you, Kevin!"

"Angela at this particular state farm location was extremely personable and helpful. After shopping around for auto insurance and listening to robo and scripted calls, Angela helped me in such a way that I was speaking to a human being that worked in insurance not a call center. She listened to me, she was forthright with her answers. I didn't feel hurried along or fed sales pitches, and all the while slashed my auto insurance payments while still being responsibly insured. A big 'hats-off' to Angela, I hope you get the pleasure of working with her."

"I have been insured with Paul Barton's office for over 15 years, in all thise years it has been a great experience. Recently, we had an accident where we got hit in a parking lot and the other driver was claiming they were not at fault- we then reached out to Kevin/Paul and they were both really helpful. Paul then looked over the case again and thanks to that we were able to get the issue settled. We couldn't be happier with the assistance from both! We truly recommend!! Thank you for all your help!!"

"We were having issues after we had been involved in a head-on collision in a parking lot which left our car undriveable. The other persons insurance said the accident was a 50/50 liability, but that wasn't how it happened. We then contacted Paul Barton, our agent, and asked him for some assistance with the issue. He proceeded to get more pictures and videos from us to use to help us prove we were not at fault. If it hadn't been for Paul, we wouldn't have been able to get the issue settled. He went above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU Paul Barton!"

"I was with the same insurance company for 8 years and out of curiosity decided to stop by Paul Barton's State Farm office in my neighborhood. I wish I did it earlier! Here a couple of things I was blown away by. First, it's the normal human touch: real conversations with real people, no robotic lines, personal accountability and opportunity to develop longer-term strategy. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and friendly, insurance agent Kevin is a top notch pro, who helped me to address both the immediate needs and longer term plans. Kevin was on my side, attentive to details, and strategic at the same time. Second thing I was surprised with is the price. The total cost of my policy with the same or higher coverage dropped by 2x! So, I've got better level of service, better coverage and all of that at lower cost! I highly recommend this office!"

"I called today and talked to Kevin what awesome customer service!!! I changed my Honda Pilot and my Home owner insurance From Farmers insurance to state Farm. I saved $119.44 a month on the pilot and on Home insurance I saved $1,077.14 a year. Plus I bought a new car insurance is only 97.86 . Kevin was knowledgeable we did it all over the phone I didn't have to go online and figure it out all by myself. It was not stressful at all. Then he emailed me all the information . I can't recommend them enough :) Calla Widerburg"

"I was paying $140/mo with Geico. I am a woman in her mid-30s who has never been in an accident or even had a ticket, and drives a reliable old-lady car. Are you kidding me? The angel at state farm signed me up for comparable insurance with roadside assistance for $69/MO. That's less than half of what I have been paying. I was speechless (aside from some expletives due to shock). Highly highly recommend!"

"These people are wonderfully professional, knowledgeable, capable, intelligent, and personable. I have home and auto with State Farm / Paul Barton. Each time I've called, whether it has been six weeks or six months, they remember who I am, pull up my record based on my name and phone number, and make things incredibly easy. Going over my homeowner policy declaration pages on the phone with Evelyn today, she not only remembered who I was, even though we hadn't spoken in nine months: she remembered what I was actually covered for and had my record pulled up and gave me exactly what I needed right away. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Love this company. This is the polar opposite of the company I switched from (not naming names but starts with a "P" and ends with "essive"). I was often hard-pressed to get any kind of help with P-essive, and filing a claim then reaching anyone was difficult. I am SO glad I found Paul Barton at State Farm, and their agents. Counting my lucky stars. PS: State Farm's claims department are also rock stars. Super easy to deal with. I once filed and withdrew a claim, as I opted to pay repair costs myself. This call did no go on my record nor raise my premiums. ⭐ Unlike with the insurer I broke up with. I once called their claims line to ask a question, and they treated it like a claim and put it on my record. I never filed a claim. But they raised my rates anyway. You'll never find State Farm doing anything shady like that."

"Got into a car accident and was told after a few months that I was fine and that I didn't need treatment anymore and I need treatment still.. I wouldn't get insured by them they charge too much for the amount of coverage I had"
